Erica Mattison is a certified coach and CEO of Erica Mattison Coaching & Consulting. She supports social impact professionals to live purposefully. She has helped hundreds of clients to clarify, plan, and take action to create rewarding, impactful careers.
Erica serves as a coach, facilitator, speaker, and author of “Clarifying What Matters: Creating Direction For Your Career.”
Her holistic approach is shaped by her degrees in psychology (BA), public administration (MPA), and law (JD), as well as her experience in sustainability, government, higher education, environmental protection advocacy, communications, and nonprofit leadership.
