In most cases, you don’t need to start over in an entry-level job.
Most people aren’t fully aware of their transferable skills – skills like managing projects, leading teams, building relationships, conducting research, writing, etc. Building this awareness is foundational for improving your focus regarding potential roles and organizations.
Through our work together, expect to increase your awareness of your skills and which ones you most want to use moving forward.
We may also identify some particular areas in which you’d like to grow, based on your interests and what is in demand for your target roles and/or industries.
